Kiełbasa piaszczańska is protected across the European Union as a protected geographical indication. What that means in practice is that a document exists - the product specification - which fixes the area it may be made in, the raw material it may be made from and the method that may be used, and that a name outside those bounds may not be used on a label.
A protected geographical indication requires that at least one stage of production, processing or preparation happens in the defined area, which is a lower bar than a designation of origin.

What this page does not have
The register records that a specification exists and where it was published. It does not publish the specification text through its API, so this site does not reproduce salting times, ageing minimums or any other production parameter for this product. Those are in the filed document, reachable through the publications above.
Buying kielbasa
Not the protected designation
Nothing sold on Amazon carries the name Kiełbasa piaszczańska. What is linked below is kielbasa, the product class this designation is a variety of. It is not Kiełbasa piaszczańska and it is not covered by the specification filed under PGI-PL-02154. Everything above this line describes a legal claim; the product below makes no part of it.
The general Polish word for sausage, covering everything from a fresh white sausage to the thin dried kabanosy. Poland has protected several of them, which is the only reliable way to know which product a given word refers to.
What to read on the label. Fresh, smoked or dried, all called kielbasa. The protected Polish names are the specific ones.
